Account and billing

Everything about your account lives in Account settings: click your name at the bottom of the sidebar.

Your plan and usage

Plan & billing shows your plan, your next payment date, and this month's usage: drafts, posts to X and posts with a link. Usage resets on the 1st.

Upgrade or start a trial

Pick a plan in Plan & billing. Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Payments go through Polar, our payment provider.

Cancel

1. Cancel subscription

   In Plan & billing, click Cancel subscription.
2. Keep using it

   You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then move to Free. Your drafts and workspaces stay.
3. Changed your mind?

   Click Resume subscription any time before the period ends.

Card, invoices and receipts

Manage billing opens Polar, where you can change your card and download invoices.

Sign-in methods

Link Google and GitHub under Sign-in methods, so either button opens the same account. If a Google or GitHub account already belongs to another Loudcode account, delete that one first, then link it.

Delete your account

At the bottom of Account settings, type delete and click Delete account. It permanently deletes your account, workspaces, drafts, check-ins and connections. If you're on a paid plan, cancel your subscription first so you aren't charged again. Posts already on X stay on X.
