Getting started

Quickstart

From sign up to your first post in about 5 minutes.

5 minAll plans

From sign up to your first post. You'll need a GitHub account with the repo of something you're building.

Set up

  1. Create your account
Go to loudcode.dev/signup and continue with GitHub, Google or email. Onboarding starts right away.
  2. Tell us what kind of founder you are
Solo founder, small team, startup, agency, student and so on. It shapes how posts are written ("I" or "we") and who they're for.
  3. Connect GitHub and pick your repo
Pick the repo of the product you want to post about. Loudcode only reads it and never changes anything.
  4. Describe your product
Your website and a few lines on what it does and who it's for. Every post uses this, so a stranger on X understands what you built.
  5. Connect X
So Loudcode can post and queue for you, and show how posts did. You can skip this and do it later in Settings.
  6. Pick a plan
Start on Free with no card, or start a 7-day trial of a paid plan to post and queue straight to X.

Write your first post

  1. Click New post
Choose From my work, pick a few recent commits, and Loudcode writes the draft.
  2. Review it
Edit anything, try another version with Rewrite, or switch to a thread.
  3. Post or queue it
Post now sends it to X. Add to queue puts it in your next posting slot. On Free, Open in X opens X with the post filled in.
