Queue and posting times
Write once, post all week at your best times.
The queue posts for you at your posting times, so you can write on Sunday and post all week. It needs a paid plan and X connected, and it runs even when you're offline.
Queue a post
On any draft, click Add to queue. It takes the next free posting time. Queued posts are listed in Posts, under Queue, in the order they'll go out.
Posting times
By default, Monday to Friday at 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM, in your time zone. To change them, open Posts and click Posting times. Add or remove times and pick the days. Each workspace has its own posting times, and new posts in the queue use them.
Change your mind
- Unschedule moves a queued post back to your drafts.
- Edit a queued post anytime before it goes out.
- Post now sends it right away instead.
If a post can't go out
If X rejects a queued post, for example as a duplicate, or your X connection has expired, the post goes back to your drafts with the reason shown on it. Fix it and queue it again. See Connect X for common errors.
